With a background in Business Administration, Management, Business Development, and Mechanical Engineering, Greg has experience across the industrial, mining, and R&D sectors. Since founding Prospec in 2016, he has expanded it from a small engineering support firm to a large team serving various industries.
Ethan Murphy is the Engineering Lead for our Sudbury Operations, bringing a blend of creativity and practical problem-solving to his role. With a strong mechanical aptitude, Ethan excels in tackling complex engineering challenges and developing innovative solutions. His exceptional communication and analytical skills have earned him a reputation for outstanding job performance.
Eric Lalonde is the Principal Architect overseeing operations. Bilingual and licensed with both the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA) and the Ordre des Architectes du Québec (OAQ), he has extensive experience in Ontario and Quebec. Eric expertly guides projects from inception to completion, blending deep construction knowledge with the latest technological advancements. Committed to client relationships and community impact, he delivers functional and transformative designs that enhance the quality of life in Northern communities.
Alex Noel is an experienced Mechanical EIT with a strong background in the mining and heavy industrial sectors. He excels in piping design and analysis, ROPS/FOPS design and re-certification, industrial machine rebuilds, machine design, advanced finite element analysis, structural steel design and detailing, and quality assurance field work. Knowledgeable in aluminum and steel welding/fabrication procedures, Alex ensures cost-effective and efficient design implementation. He is proficient in SolidWorks, Inventor, MicroStation, AutoCAD, and MATLAB.
Chloë Rost is an experienced Structural EIT skilled in residential, commercial, and industrial engineering projects across structural, mechanical, and forensic fields. She excels in coordinating with architectural firms for seamless project integration and compliance with codes and regulations. Chloë has led teams through structural analysis, new building design, retrofitting, condition assessments, and M&E design. Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, S-FRAME, and HAP, she ensures projects are compliant, cost-effective, and efficient. Her meticulous attention to detail and strong project management skills make her an invaluable asset to any engineering team.
Keegan is the office manager of our Timmins Office. He has over 15 years of experience in projects ranging in size and scope from public projects, interior renovations, to new builds. He plays a part in team management and provides project support from design to construction documentation.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, RHINO, Lumion, Enscape, and Twin Motion, Dylan excels in code analysis and schematic design for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. He coordinates effectively between contractors and clients, delivering innovative, cost-effective designs.
